If your pregnant one of the best things you can do for yourself is to do some yoga everyday even if it's only for a few minutes or while watching TV. I teach pre-natal yoga at Yoga Links in the Southwest. If you need any advice on how to start yoga at home let me know. Yoga helped me tremendously through my first pregnancy, and I pray all pregnant women could have as healthy of a pregnancy as mine.
