I know how you feel. It can get lonely without family around. I have a 1 year old and 4 1/2 year old. Bakersfield can be "clickish", but don't give up hope, there are some great mom's out there. Give me an e-mail if you need/want to chat....

My name is Catherine, I'm 36 yrs old, married w/ 2 daughters and one on the way that's due in March.We're fairly new to Bakersfield, CA
