Hi Jamie, lance luckily had no problem eating our food, he loves to eat meat or fish, we were preatty surprise about that, some days he will eat tomatoes, some not, i don't understand. but he always drinks milk, with every meal, he just loves it. i coudn't open ur web site. ok have a nice weekend, talk to u later, bye

hi jamie, how u doing??? i had been very busy later, morning sickness are gone, so i went back to full time work. a couple of days ago, we found out we are having a girl, so i am very exited. we started talking lance about the baby, and how important is to be a big brother. how's ur little one??

Hi Jaime sorry I took so long to get back to you, I had my son on august 10 and we moved the week before. To answer your question, yes I would say that opening a small daycare to stay home with your little guy is a great idea. I am actually going to open mine back up as well. I really miss "my" kids. Not only will Tyler always have play mates but he will have a huge educational advantage if you do a small preschool as well. It is a lot of work so dont think it is an easy way to make money, but its all worth it to watch your baby grow and develop every day! You will also have an extended "family" with your daycare kids and their parents. When I got married in october I had twelve of "my" kids in my wedding it was the best thing ever. Most of the problems you could have you can control with a detailed contract that you strictly enforce and by being picky about the families that you except. I would definitly recomend going to the orientation to see if it sounds like the right thing for you. If you really are interested I can give you a ton of info and help when you are ready for it. I think we need lots of quality child care in Bakersfield because as you probably know there are a lot of people who do it for the wrong reasons. The reason I closed down after 7 years is because I was extremely sick for the first four months of my pregnancy and I acutally have lived in Bakersfeild my whole life you were reading where Carli came from. I do enjoy doing daycare. My kids love the fact that they always have another kid to play with. I do not allow the daycare kids in my kids room and my 2 each have their own toys in their room that they don't have to share with the daycare kids. I am full right now with a 4 year old, my daughter who is almost 4, a 2 year old, my son that is 18 months, a 17 month old and a 15 month old. The part I dislike the most is the wear and tear on my house and that sometimes parents don't treat it as a "real job" and they try to pay late, drop off early and pick up late, that kind of stuff. But I will say my parents right now are wonderful and so are all the kids. Let me know if you have any questions about getting licensed or anything else.

i don't know the sex yet, i am 14 weeks, my doctor wants to wait till i am 20, but with lance i found out about 16 so i don't know, i may go to one of those places where they do the ultrasound. lance is great, he's almost out of diapers, he uses the potty preatty good, but he does better at home than school, and i think may be because they don't check on him very often, like i do at home. ok, see u later, or talk to u later, bye

I am delievering at Mercy South West. I'm also moving to Rosedale this weekend, so I'm hoping he will wait until at least Sunday to decide to come. Where did you deliver at? I hope all goes well with your daycare!

hi jamie how you doing?? well let me tell you... this pregnancy is nothing like my first. i had been sick almost everyday, i had been laying in bed for hours, i didn't feel like going anywhere, that was a couple of weeks ago, luckily, i had been feeling better, i have more energy and streng now.
i am a little over 3 months, my doc said i should get better, i really hope so, in 4 weeks, we'll find out the sex of the bb, can't wait.

Tyler Started Daycare

Well, my favoritist little boy in the whole wide world started daycare this week. I think we're going to survive! As Miss Leanna and I talk, I find we have the same ideas about Tyler's schedule, eating, napping, etc. so that makes me feel comfortable. Monday I tried to be tough and not go visit him, but yesterday, I couldn't take it and went over there for my lunch. He was all smiles and talking to me - I even got some giggles out of him! Fortune Cookie

I went to P.F. Changs for lunch last Saturday and I got this fortune:

"You will be unusually successful in business"

Now normally, I don't pay attention to these "fortunes" because they are so vague and most times rediculous. However, I have been wanting to find a way to stay at home and have been thinking about turning my part time sewing business into a full time job. Does God speak to us through fortune cookies?! :) hehehe
